has been seven years since your company completed the
major addition and remodeling of our home in Pitsburg
and since its completion, we have been fully satisfied
with all materials and workmanship that went into our
project. Our main objective was to complete the project
so that it would be difficult to tell the difference
between the old and new parts of the house and your
crews were more than capable and the materials blended
in well.
We
feel that with the helpfulness of all the people at
Arcon Builders, our home has become a show piece within

have had the pleasure of working with Arcon Builders,
LTD as a competent contractor for several years at the
City of Greenville. In the fall of 2002 and spring of
2003 they completed the first phase of the Martin Street
improvements. This involved curb, gutter and sidewalks
as well as decorative street lighting in the downtown
section of Greenville. I have no problem in recommending
this company to the general public for a variety of
projects.

Our
new home construction with Arcon was a completely
pleasant experience. We heard horror stories about
builders all the time - but we genuinely had fun every
step of the way. The integrity of Arcon was apparent
throughout the process.
During the planning and contract phase everything was
made very clear to us and we were able to make our own
choices about everything. The draftsman worked with us
and made changes to our plans until we got them the way
we wanted.
During the construction phase we were welcomed and
encouraged to be at the site. It was an exciting
experience to see the progress and we even made some
changes at the site with no problems. Every one was
always friendly and helpful, even going out of their way
to accommodate.
Perhaps the best part has been after completion and move
in. We were encouraged to make note of anything that
needed attention. The follow-up from Arcon was almost
immediate.
We
love our new home and whole-heartedly recommend Arcon
Builders to everyone we talk to that is thinking about
